Once A Upon A Milkshake

Once A Upon A Milkshake is just like........ a fairytale!! Enjoying the drink in a happy moments. Feeling shiok when you drink and walk around at town, grinning from ear to ear.
The milkshakes are so thick. They are made from ice-cream, you know you know. It's home-made, you know you know. Makes me sip & sip non-stop!!
Sir Cookies & Cream (left), Agent Strawberry (right)
Grumbling Raisins (promotion: free topping)

Each costs $5.70 (regular). As for mini, it's $3.60.
Among these 3 milkshakes i tried, i adore Agent Strawberry the most!! So Heavenly! Sweety & Smoothy!
The Sir Cookies & Cream milkshake, i also like. =D Not bad.
Lastly, those who are "alcoholic", do try Grumbling Raisins. There's alcohol in it.
Wanted to try Chocolate Truffle Castle milkshake. Unfortunately, it always out of stock whenever i drop by. =( It must be popular.
The popular drinks which the staff mentioned is: (if i can remember correctly).
- Agent Strawberry
- Chocolate Truffle Castle
- Grumbling Raisins
- Sir Cookies & Cream
- Litchi Otokonoko (lychee flavour) --> if i'm not wrong.

Whenever you order your drink, do take extra straw. Why?
Cause it's soo hard to suck that might break the straw. Really. You can try that. Ice cream milkshakes mah. Not all the times. It's "most" of the times. haha.. So if you are one of the lazy bum bum, lazy to walk back, do take extra straw just in case.

Senki Japanese Restaurant

"Eat All You Can"
Yup, it's a buffet. Before you continue reading, let me tell you that this entry is all filled with yummy food pictures! Either you click the cross on the top-right-side or enjoy drooling. We ate like sooo..... heavenly, you know you know. (^_^)
Nigiri Sushi (rice with topping)
The first row, does it look like 'corn' to you? Actually, it's Mangoo California which melt melt melt my mouth.
Unagi with sweet sauce
I love eel i love eel. So soft that you don't need teeth to bite or chew. =p The sweet sauce is really sweet. Too sweet.
Yaki Niku (beef with teppan sauce)
Chewy & Juicy. Thus, delicious!
Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard)
It's a MUST-ORDER for me at all japanese restaurants. It always gives me a blessed feeling.
There is 'Cheese Chawanmushi'. Though i love cheese, i prefer the normal Chawanmushi.
Enoki Maki (golden mushroom rolled with sliced pork)
I have not seen this before and the taste is like WOW! Mushroom lovers should eat this!
Ninniku Yaki Meshi
It may look plain to you, but i tell you - YOU MUST TRY!
Edamame (japanese peas)
I don't understand why many people dislike it. It's nice okay!
Omuraisu (omelet rice)
okay okay ba. Just a normal fried rice inside.
Age Gyoza
I never eat this. I was quite bloated by that time. *blush*
Capelin in Bread Crumbs
This one ah.... Goodness! The moment i bite, i wanted to puke. I can't tell what the taste like. Gave me kind-of-weird-feeling. However, few of my friends said not bad. -_- Well.. different people have different taste.
Okura (lady fingers)
My favourite! (^_^)
Katsu Curry
A rich curry sauce.
Chuka Lidako (seasoned baby octopus)
First impression, is it octopus? The waiter said it is. I prefer that octopus from sakae sushi lor...
Spider Te-Maki (handroll)
I have no idea why they called it 'Spider'. Softshell crab actually.
Hiyayakko
A mellow tofu.
Tempura Moriawase
Crunchy. Fresh prawns.
Tonkatsu
Did not get to try. =p
Yaki Gyoza
Not so bad.
Katsu Don
Sometimes it "irriates" me. Everytime i have to take out the onions as i don't really like to eat. *blush* Pork cutlet is yummy!
Potato with Fish Roe and Cheese
If you and your friends love potato and cheese soo much, i guess you all will fight over this awesome dish. Like Karyin and me. Yes, we know we can order that again. BUT we eat like so kan chiong kan chiong. I tell you... this dish made us felt so high. It brought me unforgettable feelings.
Salmon
I don't eat RAW!! *yuck* They mentioned that they are very fresh. Salmon lovers can finish the whole salmons within 30 seconds. Like my friends, Karyin and Leon, gobbled gobbled like siao! Cos it's simply too fresh.
You see...

Seven of us cost $247.17 including gst and service charge.
Meaning $35.30 per head. Kind of heart-ache for the amount spent.
But overall, price doesn’t matter. I think it's worth.
Much much better than the other japanese restaurants like sakae sushi, yuki yuki, etc.
A thousand dishes. What you want to eat, everything is there. 100%. Some of the dishes, you will never find them anywhere in Singapore.
Great experience for me. A good place where you can chill and dine with your group of friends.
I love to go back again! BUT wait long long lah. $35.30! oww... Save up!
We made a reservation. Was told that there will be alot of people during dinner. Luckily, we came at the right time. During lunch when we entered, few customers only. Hence, service is really quite fast. Patient and nice staffs.
2 storeys, nice ambiance! They should extend their place when they earn enough money.
I ate until not so full, just nice. Being bloated, is a very bad feeling (hate it). Be satisfaction, can liao. =)
After this makan, i did not have my dinner. It doesn't make me hungry afterwards. Tat's save my money.

The HandBurger

Heard about 'The HandBurger' and it sounds interesting. So we went to give it a try.
On a Saturday, it was quite long queue man.. While queuing, we were given a menu to kill time.
We took a hard time choosing what to eat because everything in the menu looks so appetizing.
I ordered
Chicken Caesar Burger- $9.80
Also, i top-up $6 for both ice lemon tea and
Buffalo wings ($8.80)
When you top-up any side and a drink, it costs you only $4 or $6 (depending on sides which you choose.) As for drink, is either ice lemon tea or hot green tea. You can choose other drink but additional price.
Karyin ordered
The Works Burger - $11.80
which it's a popular dish. It contains beef. And I love her bacon. She top-up $4 as well.
Chunky fries ($4.80)
It's luscious if you dip the fries into the barbecue-sweet-sauce.
Lastly, Ah Leong had his
Original Burger - $7.80
And added
Onion rings ($4.80)
I dislike onion rings so much... for no reason! Thus, i don't eat that. *blush*

Don't you notice that all these 3 burgers have cheese?! So if you ask me which one has no cheese, I'm sorry, i don't know as i only tried these 3 burgers and it was my first time here. But not to worry.. in menu, there's details in every burgers.
Website: http://www.thehandburger.com

Overall.... okok ba.. but i don't really enjoy eating it. It's "hard" to eat when it is tall. So difficult that it's hard to cut. First impression, it's amusing. But when cutting, all the ingredients toppled and became messy all over the plate. *blush*
I need a guide like "How to eat huge burger?"

Best if you go for lunch.
Advantage: Cheaper
Disadvantage: To choose, only 4 burgers and 2 sides.

The waitress and the waiter seem blur while serving. It must be they are new. Understandable. Everyone learns new things.

The HandBurger is for gluttons. =p Burger is really giant and tall tat you have to open your mouth wide, triple triple triple wide.
