Homemade Sushi

Those ingredients are just basic.
Bamboo mat
Japanese Rice
Add the vinegar to taste it better. And make it sticky too.
Have to wait for the rice to cool. Bad image for seaweed if the rice is hot.
Despite the fact that I have made these sushi for 3 times for this year, i still couldn't manage to get the rice correctly. =(
Crabmeat
Japanese cucumber
Which is more ex than the original cucumber.
Fried Eggs
Tuna
First time, made tuna sushi. When i tried, it was really bad. I should add more mayonnaise. However, some of my customers said ok-ok ba. mmm....
Seaweed
Required alot of energy to roll sushi. To make sure that it must be tight. Else, while u are cutting, all the ingredients will come out easily cause it's loosen. It will not be neatly afterall.
Serve with soya sauce and wasabi.
Wasabi yuck! I hate it. =X

You know what? At the end of the day, i forgot to take photo of my colourful sushi. -__-

Anyway, i know my homemade sushi is not perfect.
I remembered few of my customers mentioned that it is --> Dry!
mmm... will think about it of how.
Next, wanna try making California and corn sushi. Wish i know the real reason of why my rice isn't perfect.

Garrett Popcorn

Saw quite alot of people gathered outside the shop. Was curious.
It must be popular?
Wow.... Over 60 years man!!
What they make and the way how they do and their machines, are damn cool!!!! How i wish i can enter and explore.
Ta-da!
Popcorn!! A mixture of Caramel and Cheesecorn popcorn. Costs me $8. To me, i think it's not ex. A....LOT leh! Like a thousand popcorns. Much much better than Golden Village/Cathay popcorn.
The cheese one ah, is damn cheesy! But quite salty. After a few mouths of it, you will find your hand oily. Also, will be thirsty. Still, it will be fantastic to those who love cheese.
As for Caramel, is really really sweet. Made me eat non-stop. Crunchy! <3 Yummy!
There are other flavours too but i can't remember. Saw a board sign saying "No Photography".
I bought this at somewhere City Link Mall (opposite Adidas), the only place i know of.
Found this website --> http://www.garrettpopcorn.com. Seem like it's not meant for Singapore. It's from Chicago and New York. Nevermind, got 1 here in spore, which you can try tat! Best recommend is Caramel.

The best popcorn i ever had.
How i wish there will be more Garret Popcorn shops in Singapore.
